TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

**Communications**
- Develop and execute innovative social media and digital marketing strategies that build engagement and drive business growth.
- Participate in the development of the annual marketing calendar and initiatives.

**Ads Manager and Paid Opportunities**
- Develop digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our online store.
- Organize collaborations, including promotions, contests, etc.
- Develop creative concepts (creative briefs), prepare contracts and negotiate terms for campaigns.
- Determine partnerships and collaborations with influencers and organizations to extend our reach and develop brand awareness.

**Brand image**
- Keep website up to date; product descriptions and copy.
- Plan launch campaigns for new collections.
- Organize sales and marketing events.
- Represent the company at various trade shows.
- Ensure that content created authentically communicates MINI TIPI's mission and vision in a compelling way to our target audience.

**Analysis**
- Measure performance, analyze data and prepare reports to facilitate decision-making.
- Participate in the maintenance of various key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Marketing department.
- Generate insights into customer behavior to promote a better understanding of purchase drivers and customer personas.

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

**Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Minimum of three years' proven experience in a similar role
- Bilingualism in French and English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of social media management and analysis tools, such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience with newsletter platforms (e.g. Klavyio) and the Shopify platform
- Experience in search engine optimization (SEO)

**Preferences**
- Experience in influencer-specific marketing and collaborations
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva

**Qualities**
- Analytical mind with the ability to synthesize information
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time and priority management skills
- Enthusiasm

Pay: $23.50-$30.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
