**What you will do**:
The **Social Media Specialist** plays a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility of our brands and service offerings. As part of our Marketing team, they are responsible for crafting and implementing effective strategies across various platforms.

The **Social Media Specialist** navigates the dynamic landscape of social media to connect with diverse audiences. From content creation to community management, monitoring analytics, and staying abreast of trends they serve as the digital voice of the brand, to foster brand visibility and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging multimedia content across social media channels.
- Actively interact with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Monitor social media for potential crises or negative feedback, responding effectively to safeguard our brand's reputation.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity, maintaining a consistent tone and style to build trust and recognition.
- Formulate strategic plans to amplify our brand's online presence. Create documentations and processes to this effect.
- Analyze performance data to gauge the success of social media campaigns and strategies
- Utilize social media as a tool for gathering customer insights and feedback to inform our product development and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with other departments to unify brand strategy and amplify our corporate message. (spa operations, ecommerce, etc.)

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- Minimum of College degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of **3 (three) years’** experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the Social Media Management platforms (Hootsuite, Zoho etc.)
- Understanding of the different Canadian markets as it applies to consumer trends and social media usage
- Bilingualism in French and English is essential for our operations outside of Quebec.
