Supervisor, Customer Experience

**Who are we?**
Based at Quebec City's Jean Lesage International Airport, LUX FBO (a Chrono Group company) is a fast-growing company operating a ground operations and refuelling service.
Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.
**Role and context**
The incumbents of the position will, on a rotating basis and depending on operational needs, supervise the proposed staff in the performance of tasks relating to the reception, orientation and information of users travelling through the terminal, as well as all tasks relating to reception and boarding, in accordance with high quality standards and norms in terms of customer service. Supervisors work days, evenings and nights, both weekdays and weekends.
**Key responsibilities**
- Greet travellers in a professional and courteous manner
- Check in passengers and baggage
- Ensure the validity of documents (passport, visa, etc.)
- Coordinating passenger boarding
- Ensuring cargo reservations and handling
- Invoicing
- Assist passengers with accommodation and transport bookings, as required
- Plan, organise, manage and improve customer experience functions.
- Manage the effective deployment of employees to support customer experience and punctuality. Provide leadership to ensure procedures and processes are implemented, maintained and improved to meet or exceed customer service performance levels and standards.
- Leading staff, giving advice and motivating team members by example, and taking responsibility for their performance.
**Key skills**
- Very good command of spoken and written French and English
- Knowledge of Word and Excel and Internet research methods
- 2 to 5 years' relevant experience (an asset)

- Be resourceful and consistently productive
- Mastering interpersonal relations and communication while encouraging cooperation and teamwork
