Created in 2015 to align, lighten and modernize infrastructure, the Technology & Infrastructure (T&I) team is the backbone and the future-forward arm of CBC/Radio-Canada. This role requires full-time on-site presence.

Your role

Coordinate and execute various tasks for On
- Air programs, as well as ensure the continuity of acquisition, feed and communication resources for CBC/Radio-Canada networks and external clients, including various regions. Distribute the signals of programs and program segments, ensuring quality control.

Job requirements:
Qualifications:

- College diploma (DEC) in Television production and post-production or a related DEC
- Three (3) or more years’ experience performing related duties

Skills:

- Ability to work well under pressure for extended periods with multiple people
- Judgment, leadership and decision-making skills
- Initiative
- Independence
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task without losing your focus
- Demonstrated skills in coordination and organization
- Excellent French oral and written skills. Knowledge of English is an asset

Selection Process:

- Theory exam: Passing grade: 70% / Weighting: 30%
- Practical exam: Passing grade: 70% / Weighting: 30%
- Interview: Passing grade: 70% / Weighting: 40%
- Cumulative average: 70%

Interview Evaluation Criteria:
Education, experience, leadership, teamwork skills, independence and initiative, problem-solving skills, great coordinating skills, bilingualism, ability to work under pressure, willingness and interest to work on a rotating schedule (days, evenings, nights).
