**Responsabilitées** - Gérer les opérations de la cuisine et de la salle à manger - Superviser les processus de préparation et de manipulation des aliments - Veiller au respect des règles sanitaires - Fournir d'excellents services aux clients - Former le personnel aux techniques de vente incitative - Assurer les responsabilités de caisse

**Compétences** - Maîtrise des mathématiques de base pour l'inventaire et la gestion des argents - Expérience dans l'industrie alimentaire, notamment en exploitation de restauration - Connaissance des procédures de manipulation des aliments et des opérations en cuisine - Capacité à vendre des produits pour augmenter les revenus - Compréhension des pratiques d'assainissement dans un contexte de restauration

**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Manage kitchen and dining area operations
- Supervise food preparation and handling processes
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent guest services
- Train staff on upselling techniques
- Handle cashiering responsibilities

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in basic math for inventory and cash handling
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant operations
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen operations
- Ability to upsell products to enhance revenue
- Understanding of sanitation practices in a food service setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
