**Hours of Work/Shifts**:Business Hours, 37.5 hrs/week

**The Position**:
**Here’s what you will get to do**:

- Performs peer review, provides technical input and feedback, and oversees build estimates for cluster
- Collects requirements regarding potential system enhancements or new system implementation and prepares details of specifications needed
- Investigates standardization and process improvement opportunities while making build decisions
- Participates in Application & Leader On-Call rotation
- Participates in Change Management and data migration review board

**What you need**:

- Successful completion of either a university degree or college diploma in a computer science or a health-related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of previous hospital experience in a team environment required
- Epic certification in one or more Epic modules as assigned required
- Full lifecycle Epic implementation with go-live experience
- Subject matter expert who has a good grasp of THP’s policies and procedures
- Moderate technical aptitude
- Demonstrated flexibility with respect to changing end user needs
- The ability and willingness to see things in an open-minded way and examine an idea or concept from as many angles as possible
- The ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
- The ability to communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and other stakeholders
