We are looking for a Team Lead to support our client in the health care industry
- ** Your Role **:Follow standard warehouse practices and work instructions required to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Follow standard warehouse practices and work instructions required to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy
- Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in the execution of standard warehousing processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, checking and loading customer orders and products in accordance with client specific training as applicable
- Participates in process-specific training and adheres to all work instructions and guidelines established by KN to comply with regulatory standards such as ISO and GxP
- Comply with GMP requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of WMS (CIEL)
- Demonstrates and maintains professional interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external personnel
- Follows all company safety, security and housekeeping protocols. Respects customer and company property and equipment
- Proactive in accident & incident prevention and fills out these reports promptly and accurately when required
- Manage time and attendance for agency associates (manual time sheets, roll call, and agency follow up)
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook), capability to work with WMS (CIEL) and resolve system issues as applicable
- Strong written/verbal communication (internal and external client)
- Train new hires and agency associates
- Delegate tasks to warehouse employees
- Establish team priorities and complete multiple tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and capability to work independently and make decisions with minimum supervision based on internal and external requirements
- Act as a liaison between your manager and front line employees
- Strives to increase personal knowledge and shares work knowledge with less experienced staff
- Employee maintains an acceptable availability for work record
- Demonstrates initiative and responsibility in all tasks in support of department and business goals
- Supports, and personally contributes to, the company’s continuous improvement philosophy
- Responds positively towards changing business parameters. Supports peers and the leadership team
- Promotes safe work environment and support HSE policies
- Availability to work periodic overtime and a variety of shifts in order to meet the requirements of the operation
- Other duties assigned by the Company

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- 2+ years' experience working in a Warehouse/Distribution Centre
- Experience in leading teams will be considered an asset
- Direct experience with distribution centre processes required (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, value added processing and sub-assembly)
- Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to delegate tasks and prioritize work
- Assist team by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, value added processing and sub-assembly to ensure deadlines are met
- Valid license to operate materials handling equipment (MHE) is required (i.e. counter balance, reach truck, order pickers)
- Excellent understanding of warehouse operations and cost structures
- Knowledge of and compliance with health and safety standards
