**Fehr Manghebati Law **is a small law firm looking for a motivated individual to perform reception, administrative and general office management duties. Part-time work schedule available with the opportunity to move to full-time.

**Start** **Date**: Immediately (a flexible start date can be negotiated)

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience

**Responsibilities** include:

- Maintaining calendars, and scheduling appointments for lawyers,
- Managing, organizing, and collating legal documents
- Assembling legal documents as instructed
- Communicating with clients, counsel, and court officials
- Assisting with billing and accounting services
- Commissioning Documents (Commissioner of Oath fees covered by firm)
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Experience working in an office environment, or completion of an administrative training program is an asset, but not required

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and ability to learn and develop efficiency in other software
- Ability to keep track of and prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- Ability to adhere to the firms’ filing and scheduling systems
- Able to work within the firm’s billing and accounting practices
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly manner
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow instructions
- Strong social skills, and the ability to professionally interact with a wide range of clients
- Excellent written communication skills
