We are currently recruiting for 2 full time (37.5 hours per week) Program Coordinators for our Edmonton Immigration and Settlement Service. **Both positions are 1 year contracts, with the possibility of extension.**

**Job Summary**:
As a Program Coordinator, you will support the delivery of Immigration and Settlement Service’s (ISS) programs. This may include, but is not limited to, coordinating program activities, conducting research and assisting with report writing, liaising with key community stakeholders, engaging in program promotional activities, and performing administrative duties as required.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Education, Human Services (or equivalent)
- Experience in professional and technical writing
- Experience in conducting research and working with large data
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Experience working with newcomers to Canada is an asset

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Demonstrated commitment to collaboration and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity towards those with diverse needs
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong public speaking, facilitation, and research skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated proficiency/mastery with technology and various programs, including Microsoft Office suite, Videoconferencing Software Platforms (i.e., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
- Confidence in taking initiative, multitasking, establishing priorities, and working independently with limited supervision
- Strong team player
- Ability to speak a second language is an asset
