**Title**: Indigenous Project Coordinator, Wholistic Integrated Cultural Care
**Salary**: $57,888 - $72,360 - $79,596 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term until March 31, 2026
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver Area (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, Summer 2026.
**About the role**
As Indigenous Project Coordinator, WICC, you will provide project coordination and support in the work of engagement to understand, analysis, co development of culturally safe and appropriate processes, tools and resources to support care closer to home for those living in First Nations communities in BC.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- University degree or equivalent training and experience in a related field, such as business, science, social services, or healthcare.
- Recent and relevant experience in Project Coordination (usually acquired over a period of 2 to 5 years) preferably within the context of First Nations and/or Indigenous health or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Show initiative by tackling complex operational challenges and find solutions through process improvements while building strong relationships.
- Demonstrate analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred, or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
