**Title**: Indigenous Wholistic Integrated Continuum of Care Nursing Practice Consultant
**Salary**: $99,505 - $122,073 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term - November 3, 2025
**Hours**: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Location**: Park Royal, West Vancouver - Hybrid, (50% in office). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, Summer 2026.

**About the role**
As Indigenous WICC Nursing Practice Consultant, you will - Provide engagement, validation, education, advice, and consultation on clinical practice services related to the WICC projects and LTCC Continuum. The WICC Practice Consultant is to collaborate with the WICC Team and community leaders to identify key implementation strategies to move forward the project identified goals based in community voices. Ensuring supports of community individual needs, centered on FN Perspective, collaborative with partners and stays focused on the end goals. The position works in close partnership with the regional teams - both in regard to engagement and nursing to provide specialized expertise, facilitation and coordination to First Nations communities and relevant partners in each region. The position builds on current strengths and empower First Nations in the planning and delivery of care closer to home.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, plus 5 to 7 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNM).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in home care in First Nation communities.
- Experience in First Nations communities.

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
