Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and work along side kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
- Create and update menus to meet customers' preferences and seasonal availability
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels
- Train new kitchen employees on proper cooking techniques and kitchen procedures
- Manage kitchen operations to deliver high-quality dining experiences
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in a culinary role with expertise in Italian cuisine and various other cooking methods
- Strong knowledge of food safety principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage kitchen staff effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the food industry, hospitality, and delivering exceptional service

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Cooking: 5 years (preferred)
