**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Oversees all online activities and maintains the company’s brand on digital properties
- Create, implement, and manage an online marketing strategy that is consistent with company goals and objectives, including creating content and promotional calendars, budgeting and budget allocation, and integrating overall brand marketing and promotional activities with ecommerce and social media strategies
- Responsible for regular reporting on key metrics related website performance and customer experience metrics - optimizing site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth
- Strategically plan product collections, pages, content updates and features based on inventory needs and marketing priorities, partnering with the design team for asset creation, social team for product launches and collaborations, web designer for backend maintenance etc.
- Responsible for optimizations to navigation, collections, search, and home page
- Drive the sales performance of the ecommerce platform, including managing all updates and changes made to the website
- Manage communications with the customer service team to ensure the timely resolution and response to customer issues or comments, providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and survey competitive landscape and site benchmarks to uncover industry trends
- Support senior leadership with quarterly and annual planning, aligned with department & company objectives
**Job Requirements**:
- 3+ years of related experience in ecommerce required; experience scaling ecommerce businesses in multichannel environments would be considered a strong asset
- Business level knowledge of technology ecosystem that supports an ecommerce business (google analytics, product review platforms, fraud management solutions, order management systems, woo commerce, etc.) is required
- Must be able to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, dealing with ambiguity
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
- Success in this role requires the right balance of vision and operational excellence, managing external and internal resources, collaboration, planning, customer focus, financial acumen, technical literacy, creativity, and digital marketing expertise
This role is based in our Mississauga, ON office.
