**We are seeking a full-time Title Search Clerk to join our growing, progressive, well established and privately-owned company with operations across Ontario and headquartered in Newmarket. This position is located on-site.**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Title Search Clerk will be responsible for conducting preliminary title searches on properties, preparing them for review by Senior Title Searchers for the purposes of registering a Tax Arrears Certificate. You will download and enter the appropriate data into our custom database. You will work both individually, and as part of a close-knit team.
- Minimum One (1) to Three (3) years’ of data entry experience required;
- Ability to pull and understand PIN parcels and registered title documents;
- Ability to understand basic legal descriptions;
- Strong data entry skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines;
- Excellent eye for details;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Experience in Teraview, Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; and
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
