You will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager of this growing, progressive, well established and privately-owned company with operations across Ontario and headquartered in Newmarket.

**We are seeking a full-time Title Search Clerk**

As a Title Search Clerk, you will be responsible for the conducting preliminary title searches on properties, preparing them for review by Senior Title Searchers for the purposes of registering a Tax Arrears Certificate. You will download and enter the appropriate data into our custom database. You will work both individually, and as part of a close-knit team.
- Ability to pull and understand PIN parcels and registered title documents;
- Ability to understand basic legal descriptions;
- Strong data entry skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines;
- Excellent eye for details;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Experience in Teraview, Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
