**Roles and Responsilibities**
- Greet customers and intake tools for repair or warranty processing
- Create Estimates and/or Sales Receipts based on customer transaction
- Receive customer payments
- Answer phone and customer or vendor inquiries
- Submit and monitor Warranty claims
- Maintain customer profiles in QuickBooks Online
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders including receipt of items
- General administrative duties as required

**Skills and Qualifications**
- General knowledge of tools is considered an asset
- Experience working with QuickBooks online is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and in part of a time
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Customer service experience
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneDrive)
- Working knowledge of the Gmail suite is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar setting (service desk, tool sales etc.)
