Digital Performance Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Management Specialist who will be responsible for the overall digital performance of one of our main brands at BRP. A good understanding of all the contributing channels is important - along with extra experience in media. As part of the role, the specialist will be working closely with the media agency, the data and analytics teams, and other internal experts to provide performance reporting, identify areas of improvement, drive tests and learn, and lead the change. The role will act as an internal consultant to recommend marketing optimizations and drive performance improvements across multiple channels. This role will be at the forefront of a new way of operating at BRP and will be expected to be a spokesperson for marketing optimization across multiple teams. Teamwork and communication skills are crucial for the role.
**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Collaborate with analysts and different experts to aggregate performance data across web analytics, paid media, CRM and transactional data (online and offline), and build a complete measurement of marketing performance.
Interpret data to form actionable insights to influence marketing strategies and optimize campaign executions.
Work with our Consumer Insights Lead to build and implement upsell, cross sell and repurchase campaigns.
Contextualize observed marketing performance with macro trends and benchmarks.
Support marketing teams by providing performance measurements and expertise in improving campaign performance.
Contribute to defining digital KPIs in collaboration with the analysts, following their business objectives.
Identify gaps and opportunities to improve efficiencies, acquisition and conversion performance.
THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics or other related fields.
At least 7 years of experience across various performance management and marketing effectiveness roles.
Extensive experience with test and learn techniques and a proven track record in executing 360 degree marketing optimizations.
A proactive connector, able to liaise with all relevant internal stakeholders.
Previous experience visualizing and storytelling data - the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and communicate the importance of the data effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
A natural leader who can align multiple teams and get everyone on the same page.
Naturally curious, high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
Bilingualism. Must have English. Nice to have French.
