**Aperçu du poste**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste du marketing numérique dynamique et axé sur les résultats, avec un fort accent sur le B2B, pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant qu'acteur clé de notre département marketing, vous mettrez à profit vos compétences en marketing numérique pour mener des campagnes et des initiatives percutantes adaptées à notre clientèle B2B.

**Responsabilités**:

- Développer et exécuter des stratégies de marketing numérique ciblant les clients B2B dans le secteur des produits électriques et de l'éclairage LED.
- Conception et optimisation des campagnes de marketing numérique d'Arani sur toutes les voies (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Newsletters, etc.).
- Gérer les campagnes numériques de bout en bout, y compris le SEO, SEM (Effectuer des recherches de mots clés, l'analyse des concurrents, et l'étude de marché), le marketing par courriel (préparation de la newsletter), et le site Web (Gestion du contenu du site Web, des informations sur les produits, des photos, etc.)
- Optimiser le contenu du site web, les pages d'atterrissage et l'expérience de l'utilisateur afin d'améliorer la génération de leads et la conversion.
- Analyser et rendre compte des performances des campagnes en utilisant des données pour affiner les stratégies.
- Contrôler le trafic sur le site web, le comportement des utilisateurs et les taux de conversion afin d'améliorer les performances du site web et l'expérience des utilisateurs.
- Réaliser des études de marché pour identifier les tendances, les besoins des clients et le paysage concurrentiel du secteur.
- Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances en matière de marketing numérique, des outils et des meilleures pratiques du secteur afin de s'assurer que nos stratégies restent innovantes et compétitives.

**Exigences**
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience pratique en marketing numérique, de préférence dans des environnements B2B.
- Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais afin de pouvoir préparer des campagnes dans les deux langues.
- Diplôme universitaire en marketing, publicité ou dans un domaine connexe
- Expert en outils de marketing numérique (tels que Google Analytics, Google Ad manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

- Nous recherchons une personne pratique qui sera présente au bureau au moins 4 jours par semaine afin de mieux comprendre les opérations de l'entreprise et le flux d'information. Il est possible de travailler à domicile plus d'un jour par semaine en cas de circonstances particulières. Le travail à distance une ou deux fois par an est possible.

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies targeting B2B clients in the electrical products and LED lighting sector.
- Design and optimization of Arani’s digital marketing campaigns across all avenues (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Newsletters, etc.)
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience to enhance lead generation and conversion.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to improve website performance and user experience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the industry.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
