Our staff incorporates best practices of team work to ensure the optimal health outcomes for our clients.

**Position Summary**:
The MED_Net_® Co-ordinator will provide vital support for MED_Net_®and the treatment co-ordination team. This will be a full time, permanent key role.

The position will report to the MED_Net_® Manager and will be working on location Monday - Friday at our Head Office located in London, Ontario. They will work closely and collaboratively with our MED_Net_® roster of medical professionals, along with the treatment co-ordinators and clinicians at RFI.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Post-secondary education required, as well as excellent computer skills
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, external partners and providers
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding RFI’s clients and practices
- Strong organizational skills, time management, critical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail are a must

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contacting providers in order to arrange and set assessment or treatment time
- Contacting client’s, arranging appointments, arranging accommodations as required (interpreter, transportation etc.)
- Documentation / Written confirmation and templates as required for assessments
- Obtaining written and verbal consent for assessments
- Submitting invoices
- Arranging, reviewing, and preparing outgoing documentation according to specified procedures
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required
- Intake of referrals
- Calls to appropriate potential referral partners and treatment providers in order to attract them to the roster
- Maintaining the MED_Net_ roster and secure more partners
- Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- Other responsibilities as required.
