**Résumé du poste**:
Relevant du gérant des opérations au détail, le gérant du département est chargé de superviser les opérations quotidiennes des magasins, de développer le personnel et de maximiser les ventes et la rentabilité tout en assurant la sécurité des stocks, de l’argent, des biens et des équipements.
**Voici à quoi ressembleront vos responsabilités clés**:
- Promouvoir les valeurs d’ARI en donnant l’exemple en termes de présence, de ponctualité, d’ouverture d’esprit, d’attitude, de professionnalisme et d’apparence personnelle.
- Responsable de l’ouverture et de la fermeture des magasins.
- S’assurer que les rentrées d’argent quotidiennes sont sécurisées à la fin de chaque quart de travail.
- Fournir du soutien et motiver les employés en les aidant avec les techniques de vente, les clients difficiles, les conflits d’employés, les situations douanières, les échanges et les remboursements tout en fournissant des commentaires et des encouragements.
- Stimuler les ventes par rapport au budget et à la performance de l’année dernière pour une catégorie spécifique et l’ensemble de la boutique, capturer le taux et la valeur moyenne des transactions (VTT).
- Maximisez la couverture du sol en attribuant des pauses de manière stratégique en fonction des horaires de vol.
- S’associer à divers départements pour assurer une performance optimale des initiatives promotionnelles et la disponibilité des best-sellers et des produits fréquemment demandés.
- Gérez les pertes de stock en minimisant les stocks endommagés et le rétrécissement.
- S’assurer que les normes les plus élevées en matière d’atelier et d’entretien ménager sont maintenues.
- Surveiller le roulement du personnel et le temps et la présence tout en fournissant de la rétroaction pour réduire les événements.
- Organiser des réunions flash quotidiennes avec le personnel pour communiquer des mises à jour sur le rendement de l’entreprise, des rappels de l’entreprise, etc.
- Promouvoir les initiatives de formation pour toutes les questions générales et celles liées à leur département spécifique.
- Gérer les examens de mi-exercice et de fin d’année pour les employés.
- Effectuer d’autres tâches connexes telles qu’assignées.
**Avez-vous ce qu'il faut?**
- Français avancé et anglais fonctionnel. **En raison de la diversité linguistique de la clientèle internationale, l'anglais est fortement recommandé pour ce poste.**:
- Diplôme dans un domaine lié aux affaires ou expérience professionnelle pertinente.
- 2-3 ans d’expérience de travail dans un magasin de détail avec plusieurs départements (environnement syndiqué, un atout).
- Expérience de la motivation, du coaching et du soutien des membres de l’équipe.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à prendre des décisions dans un environnement complexe et au rythme rapide.
- Réussir à fournir des programmes d’amélioration ou d’efficacité dans un environnement de vente au détail.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d’organisation, de leadership, de résolution de problèmes, et de gestion du temps.
- Qualifié pour reconnaître une grande performance et fournir des commentaires constructifs.
- Flexibilité pour travailler des heures non traditionnelles, y compris les jours, les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
