Logistic Specialist

**Responsibilities**
Customs clearance
- Work with customs brokers to clear import and export shipments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all customs declarations are compliant with applicable government regulations.
- Key customs-related data into the system.
- Answer to customs-related questions.
- Issue import and export paperwork.
Logistics Assistance
- Plan shipments (truck arrangement) based on product availability and customer requests.
- Expedite production maintaining communications with warehouses, vendors, and verifying the accuracy of shipments.
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents (invoices and bills of lading)
- Maintain records up to date in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide Inbound/Outbound information to 3PL warehouses.
- Verify invoices and prepare PA for accounting department.
Requirements and skills:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is required.
- Work experience as a Logistics, Warehouse Administrator, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.
- Excellent skills of organization and time-management.
- Excellent skills to handle a fast-paced and pressured environment.
- Good communication skills.
