**Overview**

We’re looking to hire a Logistics Specialist (Transportation and Drawback) to support our Distribution team at Vancouver HQ In this new role, you will be the key player in managing relationships with our Distribution Centers and third party transportation companies. You’ll also oversee the logistics operations of the supply chain and propose solutions for process improvement.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build a global network of parcel carriers to meet our delivery speed and accuracy goals
- File claims with carriers as needed and in a prompt manner
- Manage a network of parcel and truckload carriers to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Manage carrier capacity, forecasting, budgeting and supplier performance metrics
- Support the Distribution team to ensure the expedient movement of goods and identify and resolve any logistics issues as they arise
- Analyze client records and data to formulate the process by which drawback claims will be prepared and filed
- Use project management skills to develop and maintain multiple drawback projects
- Assist Canada Border Service Agency officials in obtaining documentation required for desk audits
- Support the development of policies, procedures and processes
- Propose improvements to the current supply chain to improve vendor relationships and lower the cost of doing business
- Other duties as required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years of logistics experience in retail e-commerce and/or DTC
- Working knowledge of WMS, Shopify and ERP systems (Netsuite)
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Excel and BI tools
- Appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself; an enthusiastic approach to taking on new opportunities and challenges
- Dedication to operational efficiency, and investing in processes and systems to improve team and business results
- A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- The skills to set clear objectives with an emphasis on accountability while striving to reach your highest potential
