**What We Are Looking For**:
***Aird & Berlis LLP is seeking a Manager for the IT PMO (Project Management Office) to work in a Full Time position in our Information Technology (IT) Department reporting to the Director, IT.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design the IT project roadmap and portfolio delivery plans that take into account resource and capacity management, organizational change management and direct feedback from senior management.
- Categorize all business cases submitted by senior management into an executive dashboard that facilitate the firm’s annual IT project planning process. Provide input to the Director, IT and the Executive Committee (EC) on the benefits, risks, costs, outcomes and achievability of each project.
- Facilitate business case review meetings to capture the specific business problem or opportunity, project description, costs and benefits, establish priority rankings, and identify the risks of not executing projects.
- Develop a project delivery methodology using best practices for program management, project management, and business analysis.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the assigned projects from initiation and planning, execution, cut-over, warranty and closure.
- Ensure adequate technical cutover plans, communication plans, risk management plans, change management plans and adoption strategies are used to deliver successful initiatives with mínimal disruptions to business operations.
- Facilitate monthly governance meetings with Director, IT and Executive Director to review portfolio performance and key decisions that require EC feedback.
- Resolve stakeholder issues and serve as the primary point of contact for new IT project requests and project management inquiries.
- Manage detailed project budgets and provide YTD reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.

**Requirements**:

- Five (5) years minimum related experience
- Successful completion of a certification in Portfolio Management, Program Management or Project Management
- Strong background in Information Technology projects
- Experience in BigLaw or professional services is preferred
- Certification in Business Analysis is an asset
- Experience with portfolio budget management
- Handle time pressure situations and stress of multiple demands
