Description du poste:
The LCBO is currently seeking a Lead, Project Management Office (PMO) who will manage the identification and implementation of project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines, and standards to establish a stable framework that supports all project teams and stakeholders to improve the probability of successful project delivery. Reporting directly to the Director, Project Management Office, the Lead, PMO will regularly review and evaluate opportunities to improve PMO activities and best practices with the goal of further maturing the PMO. You will coach and mentor members of the PMO team, while building relationships with key stakeholders across all LCBO department and acting as a trusted advisor to the PMO Director and the IT Vice Presidents. The Lead, Project Management Office will be a key member in leading the LCBO’s IT transformation and modernization initiatives as you will be involved in the design, build and implementation of multiple technology upgrade initiatives.

About the Role
- Develop, distribute, and maintain project management standards, guidelines, and templates, (i.e., related to IT projects, Steering Committee meetings and executive reviews).
- Responsible for the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT project delivery Methodology
- Responsible for consulting with the Director of the PMO on the evaluation and prioritization of corporate IT projects in adherence with established strategic objectives and fiscal requirements.
- Coordinate the IT Intake, Complexity Assessment, and Planning / Discovery phases and providing oversight on the overall process, working in partnership with IT Managers and the business.
- Track a consolidated view of the issues/risks and escalating concerns to the Director PMO
- Partner with team members ensuring alignment on commitments made as part of project execution

About You
- An undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent work experience in a related field
- 5-8 years of leadership/people management experience preferred
- 10 years of project management experience
- 5+ years of Kanban experience
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Business process re-engineering and automation
- Change Management experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing diverse teams

Nice-to-have
- Certificate in Project Management
- Certified Scrum Master
- SAFe Agilist or SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager
- Certified Product Owner
