The Inside Sales Representative acts as the first point of contact with customers, portraying a professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate customer experience. They own a dedicated segment of products of which they must maintain an expert level understanding, while also maintaining a strong understanding of our full portfolio of solutions, to best support customer needs. This role is responsible for individual sales/revenue targets in their perspective territory, while also supporting the outside sales team in a lead generation capacity for larger automation technologies. Internal collaboration with other departments is a key of this role as they will represent sales and our customers' voice, internally and on special projects. Travel to tradeshows throughout North America is a responsibility of the position. The Inside Sales Representative must be a self-starter who can work autonomously, multi-task, and organizing themselves to be most effective.

**Section A -Responsibilities**
- Responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets through a high volume of daily outbound calls, virtual customer meetings, and managing customer relationships
- Owns sales of a dedicated portfolio of products, selling directly to small/medium independent pharmacies across Canada.
- Independently contacts existing and prospective customers, identifying needs, and presenting products that would most benefit the customer, using a consultative approach
- Collaborates with other members of the sales team to execute sales strategy and attain team revenue goals
- Maintains complete/detailed knowledge of the portfolio subset they sell directly, while also maintaining strong overall knowledge of our full portfolio as a whole, for lead generation purposes
- Independently manages/prioritizes own daily schedule, meetings, and territory plan to maximize efficiency; works autonomously
- Liaison between customers and internal departments for enquiries, customer concerns, and special projects
- Ensures that the external sales team is kept informed on any customer developments relevant to their perspective territories
- Participates in industry tradeshows to generate awareness and sales opportunities
- Provides Management with sales/opportunities reports on a monthly basis
- Maintains CRM
- Works closely with Sales Management and Marketing team on digital marketing initiatives
- Takes part in on-going product training
- Performs other duties/projects as assigned

**Section B - Minimum Qualifications**
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

**Section C - Additional Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education at the college or university level
- 2+ years proven track record in a previous sales role
- Ability to travel domestically
- High level of comfort with technology and systems
- Strong interpersonal skills that are both persuasive and conducive to strong long-term relationships
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
- Experience in selling technology and healthcare industry knowledge an asset
- Digital marketing knowledge an asset
- Strong Bilingualism an asset (English & French)
- Valid Driver's License & Passport Required
