- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid, Full G Driver’s license with a relatively clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and unwavering professionalism
- Some customer service/sales experience
- Desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally
- Willingness to adhere to a company dress code
- Willingness to work on ladders when the need arises
**A Pest Control Service Technician includes the following items;**
- Utilizing your training to inspect homes, businesses, hotels, restaurants as well as other structures to determine the nature and extent of the pest issue we have been asked to address.
- Devise and execute a plan to manage or eliminate the pest issue
- Advice clients on preventative measures they can take to reduce issues in the future
- Follow up with our Customer Service team as well as the clients to ensure timely scheduling and effective resolution of the customer’s issues.
- Access attics, crawl spaces and other tight areas as part of the inspection and control processes
**Pest Control Experience**
- Is an asset but not required
- An Experienced individual is preferred however, we are prepared to train the right individual(s)
- You will need to have or acquire a Provincial Structural Exterminator’s license after commencing work with us. We provide the training course and materials.
**Hours of Operation**
- Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5.00 pm
- Occasionally the day may start earlier or finish later depending on the work load and the customer’s needs.
- There will be the occasional Saturday required.
**Remuneration**
- Starting at $19 - $24 per hour based on experience
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Commission
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
- General Labour: 1 year (preferred)
