**How you will make a difference**:
As the first point of contact for store employees in Canada and the US, the **Bilingual (English/French) HR Coordinator** is responsible for responding to enquiries, resolving issues, managing data in HR systems, processing employee life cycle events and related reporting.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Respond to, address and resolve employee inquiries
- Promote and oversee health and safety requirements including claims management and follow up
- Maintain knowledge of, and ensure adherence to applicable legislation
- Prepare memos and related HR communications
- HR Policy Manual maintenance and updates
- Responsible for the disability and leave of absence program
- Support the Company Health and Dental benefits program
- Assist in any assigned HR related projects and research requirements

**What You’ll Need**:

- 1 to 2 years of HR experience
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Excellent computer skills with solid working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- US employee relations experience an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Well-organized, detail oriented, with ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Acts with integrity and maintains a high level of confidentiality
