Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree (i.e. Health Sciences, Health Education, Social Work or related discipline) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Mental Health profession.
- Previous experience in developing, implementing, evaluating and reporting on wellness programs.
- Evidence of experience in collecting, analyzing, and using health-related data to support planning.
- Experience with legislation including Human Rights, Health and Safety, Workplace Safety Insurance, Personal Health Information Protection Act and other legislations affecting health and wellness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Research, identify, implement, promote and evaluate wellness initiatives that support a healthy, resilient and engaged workforce.
- Assist Members in navigating continuum of well-being including connecting with resources, programing, etc.
- Develop and implements an early intervention program to identify Members who may need support and assistance.
- Coordinate delivery of Peer Support Program.
- Develop and maintain Intranet Wellness page as a centralized resource for Members.
- Develop measurement systems to evaluate the impact, efficiency and effectiveness of wellness program initiatives through data collection, analysis and reporting of outcomes, trends and strategic drivers.
- Promote a broader psychological wellness approach providing a coordinated response to mental health consistent with current best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $77,453 - $83,773.
