**Responsibilities will include the followings but will not be limited to**
- Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team associates
- Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative
- Handle administrative duties for the organization
- Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required
- Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data

**Required education, work experience & skills**
- College/University diploma required
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in import transportation works is an asset.
- Bilingual (English & Korean)
- Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
- Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office

**Job Type**
- Temporary (Contract)

**Contract start date - end date**:

- Sometime in July, 2023 - Mid January, 2025
