**What You'll Bring**:

- Strong analytical, technical, and marketing skills generally shown through a minimum of seven-ten years of experience providing client and technical support to an assigned product/service.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience from one of the following areas preferred: B2B2C, direct to consumer solutions, product management, digital marketing, ecommerce, financial services, and/or other similar fields.
- Defining and implementing roadmaps using agile methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Passion for utilizing data to solve critical business issues.
- Strong financial services business background preferred.
- Experience working with product marketing to launch products internally and externally.
- Ability to lead and work autonomously.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious and customer focused.
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in matrix organization.

**Impact You'll Make**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the product roadmap - analyzing market trends, gathering Voice of Customer from collaboration with Sales, Marketing Planning and Development and Consulting teams.
- Work with sales to “sell-in” and service select products working directly with customers.
- Work with international product and platform teams to lift and shift and localize internationally developed products, as well as providing local insights to inform international product ideation, creating alignment between local and international stakeholders.
- Leverage Agile framework to provide strategic direction and prioritization to new product development, through both local and TU Canada International Product teams.
- Define value proposition, product design, pricing, operational process, target market and promotional plans.
- Business case development to ensure ROI.
- Oversee and influence continuous improvement of the internal local and international operating model.
- Develop go-to-market plans and tools (training, sales tool kit materials, product collateral, training) that accelerate the sales cycle and articulate compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align and drive customer and product value proposition.
- Report on monthly KPIs including revenue, pipeline and product roadmap.
