**The Position**
- Work with the Product Managers on new product development, acquiring & analyzing competitive intelligence (price & product data) through industry reports and field store visits.
- Assist the Product Managers to be the interface between the internal sales team, engineering team and factory teams, leading the commercial execution of new products.
- Managing the End Of Life Cycle process through to closing on all products
- Create and manage contracts and Scheduling Agreements in SAP
- Ownership of new model set up, internally & for all national accounts.
- Database Maintenance, status changes and troubleshooting in MDM and SAP to consistently provide accurate & updated product information to the end consumer.
- Provide assistance with flooring program tracking.
- Lead on field product-related enquiries.
- Administrative Support to Product Team: Assist product team with various activities like ordering products, managing showroom items, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Strong communication skills - capable of dealing with clients, with regard to product knowledge etc.
- Strong computer skills - proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent analytical skills and business acumen
- Strong desire to advance and develop in the field of sales
- Commercial and technical understanding of appliances is considered an asset
