As our Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of our office environment.
**Role**
**Responsibilities**
- Execute the entire recruitment process to fill positions across sales, underwriting, outside agents, IT, accounting and marketing departments
- Collaborate with Team Leads and HR Management to understand talent needs, job responsibilities, and necessary qualifications and skills
- Collaborate with CPO on planning quarterly marketing strategies for Recruitment (including paid ads)

- Achieving 100% or more of your quarterly targets
- Setting and achieving 100% of your weekly targets set with Manager

**Requirements**:
- At least 2+ years of experience in recruitment
- Experience working with an ATS (AMS)/ CRM (Salesforce experience is an asset)
- Experience screening and interviewing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
**Compensation**
$48k - $60k + Bonus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
