The Machining Group (MG) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be integral to the Machining Group sales strategy, as they will be supporting our growing client base across the group of companies, which include Central Machine and Marine, Thurston Machine Co Ltd. GFW Technologies Inc. and Insitu Machining Inc. This position can be located out of any of the three sites, including Cambridge, On, Port Colbourne, On, or Sarnia, On

**Job Purpose**:The Inside Sales Representative will work with a sales team to achieve the yearly sales targets and other sales and marketing initiatives set by the Director of Sales and Business Development.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Working with the Director of Sales and Business Development, this position will drive market research, finding new clients that fit our value proposition in our target sectors.
- Arrange external client meetings for the sales team.
- Support the monitoring and follow-up of group quotes.
- Supporting Marketing initiatives and social media.
- Following up to web requests, elevating high value opportunities within the group
- Documentation for the group as required.
- Preparation of Sales Presentations and proposal writing
- Account Management for repeat clients (inside sales), including monitoring of quote through to orders.
- Update CRM with client contact and relevant information.
- Attend tradeshows as required.
- Administration duties as required.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years in a similar Inside Sales Representative role.
- Exposure to technical projects and technical sales.
- Knowledge or experience working in machining and/or fabrication.
- A college degree in or equivalent experience in the industrial sector
- Experience within one or more of the following sectors: oil and gas, nuclear, mining
- Strong telephone presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills, with the ability to pivot direction as required by the business.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, prioritizing Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Working knowledge of marketing software systems ex., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva etc
- May require occasional travel to various trade shows.
- This is a hybrid role, with 60% in-office expectation.

**Our Offer**:

- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually plus bonus as applicable
