**Spécialiste du soutien à la clientèle**

Nos spécialistes du soutien à la clientèle sont essentiels pour notre mission globale chez Panda Pay. Vos interactions avec nos clients sont cruciales pour développer des relations durables qui favorisent notre succès.

En tant que membre de l'équipe du Service à la clientèle, vous aurez pour responsabilités:

- Servir et satisfaire chaque client lors de vos interactions, et gérer efficacement et professionnellement leurs demandes d'entretien de compte et de résoudre les problèmes.
- Comprendre les besoins de nos clients à travers des conversations de qualité et identifier les opportunités de promouvoir des services répondant à leurs besoins.
- Gérer les demandes accrues en service à la clientèle et interagir avec les clients et les fournisseurs pour parvenir à une résolution finale.
- Engager des conversations significatives avec les commerçants afin de maximiser la rétention en adoptant les valeurs et la mission de PandaPay.
- Orienter les clients vers d'autres membres de l'équipe et des partenaires capables de les aider à répondre à leurs besoins.
- Participer activement à des séances d'entraînement régulières et aux réunions d'équipe.

**Exigences**

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir:

- Une attitude positive et enthousiaste, ainsi que de solides compétences relationnelles.
- Une expérience avérée dans le service à la clientèle et une passion pour aider les autres et réaliser des ventes.
- Une expérience dans l'industrie du traitement des paiements est un atout.
- Une mentalité axée sur le service avec une capacité démontrée à écouter attentivement et à adopter une approche orientée en solutions.
- Un communicateur et éducateur expérimenté, à la fois à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- La capacité de multitâches, avec des compétences informatiques supérieures à la moyenne et une bonne compréhension du numérique.
- Une flexibilité pour travailler des quarts de travail de 8 heures différents.
- Des compétences efficaces en gestion des relations.
- Être bilingue en anglais et en français est une exigence.
- Disponible pour travailler à temps plein au bureau.
