You will work closely with our leading and tenured Sales Director, who will mentor you throughout your journey at Fuze to ensure your success. As a vital part of our client services team, you'll use your relationship-building and communication skills to develop the sales acumen needed to drive business growth.Duties/Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls and correspondence as needed.Monitor and respond to emails, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner.Maintain and organize client files, contracts, and documentation.Participate in client meetings and conduct needs assessments.Collaborate with other team members to support our client's needs and requirements.Responsible for entering data into workforce platforms as required.Handle additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.Assist the sales team in coordinating meetings and presentations, preparing materials, and tracking client interactions.Qualifications/Requirements:2+ years of administrative and client service experience.Bilingual – fluent in both English and French (verbal and written).Strong computer and administrative skills (excellent data entry and MS Office skills).Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.Team player; collaborative, willing to roll up their sleeves to help others.Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).Personable, energetic, positive with a “can-do” attitudeWhat's in it for you?We offer a competitive salary, a generous vacation allowance, and comprehensive benefits.
