As the **Payroll Coordinator**, you will be responsible for processing full-cycle payroll and administering benefit plans for Canfor operations. In compliance with Labour Agreements, Statutory Regulations, and Labour Standards you process payroll, earnings, deductions, and taxes while administering and paying all benefits in compliance with Health and Welfare plan agreements.

You complete all year-end related payroll tasks including finalizing adjustments for T4s and related reconciliations and coordinate with operational Human Resources and Accounting staff to ensure all processes are completed in a timely manner.

In this hybrid position, you work closely with all other Payroll team members so your desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic just makes “cents”

Ideally, you come armed with your National Payroll Institute Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) Designation, or you are in progress with a commitment to complete it. You also, have multiple years of payroll experience and are proficient in Microsoft Office. For bonus points, you have experience with SAP and exposure to cross-border payroll requirements.
