IT Support Technician

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an exciting and rewarding environment. We are looking for a well-rounded IT professional who fits our existing Technical Support group well. Your primary responsibility will be providing day-to-day technical support to our clients.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has the ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Has a degree or diploma in Computer Science or similar discipline
- 1+ years of recent computer, server, and network troubleshooting experience
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Remote Desktop, LAN/WAN, VPN, and WiFi technologies
- Likes to be hands-on, with a desire for continual learning
- Is flexible to work after hours, on weekends, and on-call as required

**Responsibilities include**:

- Creating and closing Help Desk tickets
- Resolving technical issues
- Performing equipment setup/troubleshooting (PCs, mobile devices)
- Working with office staff in various technical roles.
- Access to a vehicle is a must as some light travel around the GTA is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
