Nail Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Consult with clients to determine their desired nail treatments and designs. Provide recommendations based on nail health, skin tone, lifestyle, and preferences.
- **Sanitation and Safety**: Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic salon environment. Sterilize tools and equipment, disinfect workstations between clients, and follow proper procedures for handling chemicals and products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest nail care products, techniques, and trends. Educate clients on proper nail care practices and recommend retail products for at-home maintenance.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to enhance the client experience. Build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate or diploma from an accredited nail technician program.
- Certification as a Nail Technician.
- Proven experience in performing a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Proficiency in nail art techniques, including freehand designs, stamping, and embellishments.
- Strong knowledge of nail anatomy, diseases, and disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
