**L'entretien initial se déroulera en anglais mais l'entretien final se déroulera en français**

**Le salaire de 23.38 départ est horaire.**

Responsabilités

60 % des tâches quotidiennes relèvent des responsabilités de l'administrateur de test:
Effectue les procédures d'ouverture et de fermeture du site à temps.
Comprend toutes les procédures de test.
Maintient un environnement de test sécurisé.
Communique avec le support technique interne pour enquêter et résoudre les problèmes techniques.
Adhère strictement aux politiques de l’entreprise en faisant preuve d’un jugement attentif.
Responsable du maintien d'un centre de test professionnel et propre avec des tâches d'entretien ménager légères.
Arrivez à l’heure pour tous les quarts de travail prévus.

40% des tâches quotidiennes relèvent des responsabilités du Test Center Manager:
Le responsable du centre de test est le responsable sur site d'une petite équipe d'employés de l'administrateur de test.
Dotation en personnel/embauche/rétention/résolution des conflits/planification du site.
Forme, développe et coache le personnel.
Premier contact pour les problèmes d'installation.
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.

Exigences en matière d'horaires

Il s'agit d'un poste strictement à temps partiel et le restera, **20 à 30 heures par semaine**, avec possibilité de travailler plus longtemps si nécessaire

Les horaires sont disponibles au moins deux semaines à l'avance.

Exigences de qualifications:
- Expérience d'au moins 1 an en service client souhaitée.
- Expérience de supervision d'un an dans le service à la clientèle préférée.
- Un diplôme d'études secondaires ou un diplôme d'études secondaires est requis.
- Baccalauréat ou expérience commerciale équivalente préférée.
- Des compétences en direction d'équipe et en formation, ainsi qu'une exposition à un environnement de test sont fortement préférées.
- De solides compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle sont indispensables, avec une attention ciblée et une interaction modérée.
- Doit être flexible dans les heures et les jours de travail.
- Capacité à accomplir toutes les tâches de manière rapide et efficace, et à gérer une quantité raisonnable de stress.
- Capacité à utiliser un ordinateur, un fax et un téléphone.
- Doit être capable de travailler dans un environnement calme et concentré et d'entendre les mots prononcés avec des voix douces.
- Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 20 lb à l'occasion.
- Doit être capable de rester assis pendant de longues périodes.
- Doit être capable de se pencher, de se baisser et de se soulever à partir d’une position courbée.
- Doit être capable de voir de petits détails à distance.
- Possibilité de voir clairement les noms sur les cartes d'identité et sur l'écran de l'ordinateur

**Starting pay is $23.38 per hour.**

**SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS**:

- This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such.
- Ability to work **20 to 30 hours per week** with an expectation to work more hours as needed.
- Employees must be available to work various shifts **between the hours of 7am to 10pmvarious shifts as scheduled, any day Monday through Friday.**:

- Ability to work approximately **2-3 Saturdays per month from 7am to 10pm.**:

- Available to address operational problems when not at test center.
- Willing to travel 3 times in a year for Temporary Testing across Canada.

60% of daily tasks are Test Administrator responsibilities:
