**Administrative Duties**:

- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for patients
- Exam room maintenance (stock replenishment, clean-up, etc.)
- Monitoring office/exam room supplies
- Providing quality customer service
- Process incoming/outgoing mail
- Process incoming faxes
- EMR scanning - uploading/attaching of reports to patient files
- Monitoring expiry dates (vaccines, drug samples, emergency kits, etc.)

**Clinical Duties**:

- Performing urinalysis screen/pregnancy tests
- Escorting patients to exam rooms
- Obtaining patient's height/weight measurements
- Well-baby checkups - obtaining measurements and vitals, vaccine assistance
- Eye chart test
- Preparing exam room and patient for various appointments (pap smears, complete physicals, laceration repairs, etc.)
- Sterilizing medical instruments using an autoclave
- Prepare, label, and send-out patient specimens for testing

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Ability to take initiative and to exercise sound judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise
- Detail-oriented, ability to remain calm in busy/stressful situations
- Capability to adapt and excel in an always evolving work environment as
- Flexible or consistent work availability
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff, patients, and external agencies
- Knowledge of administrative practices and ability to adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and systems
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel and G suite
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately

**Salary**: $18-$20/ hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday In Office

Varying hours between 8am-8pm - max 8 hour shifts

**Job Types**: Full time, permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
