To do this, CGI is looking for a Program Manager who will be able to build strong business relationships with the various stakeholders. You will be responsible for the delivery of the services offered for our clients, and you will join a high-performance team composed of experts in Canada (Montreal, Quebec, Toronto) and/or internationally.

Your future duties and responsibilities
You will be expected to deliver results in the following areas of responsibility:

- Organize, animate and control human, material and financial resources;
- Play a key role in managing the delivery of strategic services;
- Guide and optimize the development, testing or delivery strategy;
- Be a guarantor of customer satisfaction;
- Make the presentation of projects at the executive level;
- Manage risks and problematic situations;
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with our partners.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Demonstrated credibility in large-scale transformation programs;
- Ability to align with ongoing strategies, implementation plans, programmes and other projects;
- Proven ability to create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders (CGI, CGI competitors, publishers, client-side teams, etc.);
- Experience and knowledge of emerging approaches and technologies;
- Be results-oriented;
- Be results-oriented;
- Demonstrate strong leadership;
- Have a developed political sense;
- Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written;
- PMP or Safe certification (an asset).
