Gruppo Terroni is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our diverse and passionate creative team of Industry leaders. Our family run business has now grown over the years into a multi-faceted operation encompassing restaurants, bakeries, commissaries and retail shops operating under the brands Terroni, Sud Forno, Spaccio, Cavinona Wine Agency and La Bottega di Terroni online shop.

**Description of Role**:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate & conduct onboarding/orientation sessions for all new employees
- Utilize the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) to manage employee records, upload documents, run reports, etc.
- Maintain employee records including new hire paperwork, training records, documentation, etc
- Coordinate company-wide HR training sessions
- Participate in the research and development of new policies, procedures and programs
- Produce metrics and submit reports on HR activities
- Conduct audits to measure the success of HR programs and recommend corrective action

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business degree/certificate
- Minimum 2 or more years’ experience working within an HR department
- CHRP designation considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Docs
- Experience working with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) preferred
