**Objectif**:
Le gestionnaire de contrat REM - O&M est un membre clé de l'équipe de projet du consortium, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le directeur/chef de projet et l'équipe de projet. Il / elle fournit des conseils et un leadership pour développer, mettre en œuvre et conduire des stratégies proactives de gestion des contrats / réclamations et d'atténuation des risques conformément aux objectifs commerciaux d'Alstom; y compris les prolongations de délai (EoT), les ordres de modification (et les negociations), les avenants au contrat. Il / elle assure la bonne tenue des dossiers et la préparation des dossiers à l'appui de dossiers de réclamation robustes. Il est un expert en matière de gestion des contrats. Il/Elle est rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement à la Directrice de Contrat - Canada.

**Responsabilités**:

- Pilote les activités de gestion des contrats avec le support des gestionnaires de contrat de la partie REM - Alstom O&M.
- Analyse soigneusement le contrat pour construire et conduire la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de gestion des contrats / réclamations, ainsi que le tenir à jour avec l'équipe de projet sur une base trimestrielle.
- Participe et contribue aux negociations sur les réclamatiosn en collaboration avec les équipes projet/commerciales et celles du partenaire.
- Assure le suivi des obligations contractuelles, y compris la surveillance du calendrier du projet en vue d'atteindre les jalons contractuels.
- Assure l'émission en temps opportun des avis contractuels aux clients / partenaires.
- Établit et met en œuvre des procédures commerciales spécifiques au projet, notamment en ce qui concerne les correspondances, les notifications, les assurances, les demandes de modification / commandes et les dossiers de préparation des réclamations.
- En collaboration avec le responsable documentaire et / ou, les gestionnaires de contrat de projet assurent un classement fiable et un accès facile à la correspondance de et vers les clients / partenaires.
- Surveille / gère la correspondance en analysant (pour et avec le chef de projet / directeur) la correspondance entrante et sortante avec les clients / partenaires.
- Contribue à REX
- Surveille / gère les polices d'assurance en place et conserve leur validité en collaboration avec le directeur régional des assurances. Met à jour tous les changements sur le projet qui pourraient représenter un écart par rapport à la police d'assurance en place.
- Développe et produit tous les processus et méthodes de travail spécifiques au projet pour la gestion des contrats / réclamations.
- Développe une approche commerciale pragmatique basée sur l'analyse contractuelle du projet, pour protéger, au quotidien, les intérêts d'Alstom
- Surveille, enregistre et informe soigneusement les clients / partenaires concernant les réclamations / demandes additionnelles et prépare et gère tous les éléments et les pièces justificatives pour les négociations dse réclamations / demandes additionnelles.
- Travaille en collaboration avec l’équipe finance sur les jalons contractuels et la mise a jour des outils financiers a mettre en place sur le projet (lettre de crédit, garantie bancaire, )
- Surveille les demandes des clients / partenaires pour les variations / ordres de modification / prolongations de délai. Assure le suivi y compris les mises à jour des registres VO / VR / De
