**About the role**:
**As the Bilingual Project Manager**, you will manage all aspects of implementation and service projects for the MMS organization, collaborating with customers and leads Implementation Project Teams on planning, scheduling, and execution of all results within the scope of the project or program.

Markets served include but not limited to independent pharmacies, long-term care pharmacies and dispensing stations, Infusion products and Dispensing products, located primarily in the Canadian market. Projects are complex and require cross-functional leadership to ensure success and positive outcomes for clients.

**This 12-month contract is a travel field/home based role, which can be in Quebec (preferred), Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and must reside near an international airport.**

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to
- day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, established processes, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract.
- Creation and use of project plans for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities.
- Successfully manage the scope of the project, including customer priorities, expectations of product and services, and satisfaction.
- Proactive approach to identify risks to project success; develop effective action plans for resolution, and appropriately manage / escalate project issues or risks.
- Providing leadership and direction for customers and BD project team, as well as coaching, mentoring, and training PM teams.
- Embrace the opportunity to pilot and use new technologies.
- Accurately Forecast and align with Backlog Management Guidelines - leverage all playbooks and asset management processes. As well as directs project facilities to effectively support monthly, quarterly, and annual facility forecasting targets and revenue targets.
- Fulfill Quality and Regulatory Obligations.
- Use of all governance tools (scope document, project status reports, risk and change logs, tollgates, etc.), for all assigned projects, to effectively run all projects using internal reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Smartsheet, SAP, internal Microsoft Teams installation review meetings, and external conference calls with customers).
- Provides constructive performance appraisal input through peer review process.
- Ensures complete project closure follow through with customer acknowledgement, equipment reconciliation, and transition to TSC and Customer Service.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you require:

- Knowledge of industry-recognized project management methodologies.
- Understanding of Implementation project governance expectations (scope management, tollgate, and risk & change management processes).
- Effective communication and engagement verbal and written, with all parties, customers, project teams and leadership.
- Works with mínimal guidance and promotes an open flow of information so that everyone involved is well informed.
- Strong decision-making skills and superior time management skills.
- Thinks creatively and works collaboratively in a strong team setting, to achieve valuable-added results.
- Contribute to team efficiency by leading project's team, collaborating with team members to develop and implement process improvements and optimize workflows.

**Education and experience required**:

- 3 years or more of project and/or account management experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- University or college degree.
- Fluency in French and English (read, speak, write) is required to communicate with colleagues, and to support our Quebec-based customers in French.
- Ability to travel between 25 to 50%, including overnight travel, some nights and weekends, and flexibility with working hours. May need to adjust travel % based on business needs.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a past clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years, as well as meet BD's auto safety standards.
