**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- _**_ Manager, Performance Services_**

The Manager, Performance Services will work collaboratively with the high-performance team staff and partners to deliver world class operational and logístical support for the high-performance programs and services. The Manager, Performance Services leads in the planning and implementation of initiatives with a primary focus on the U15 pipeline. The Manager, Performance Services will be responsible for the effective delivery and provide administration support of various high-performance services, programs and the HP Leadership Team as required.

**U15 Prospect Team**:

- Lead performance services and educational sessions aligned with WPDP.
- Manage clear, ongoing communication with players, parents, coaches, and associations on program details and athlete services.
- Track player progress, grant payments, and maintain the player database.
- Collaborate with the team of U15 Development to establish a system ensuring prospects’ daily training aligns with WPDP standards, working closely with national and personal coaches to meet all training needs.
- Implement a best-in-class athlete recruitment strategy, inclusive of tracking and monitoring players in the pipeline.

**U15 Regional Training Centres, Tours, and Training Camps**:

- Coordinate operational aspects for camps, competitions, and events, including logistics and budgets.
- Act as Team Manager for events, supporting video setup, data tracking, and communication with relevant vendors.
- Handle budgeting and payments for Regional Training Centres and U15 international tours.

**High Performance Recognition Program**:

- Manage the Club and Player Support Program, including annual evaluations and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure clear, ongoing and transparent communication to clubs, coaches, players and Provincial /Territorial Tennis Association regarding the funding support pillars.
- Deliver education sessions to ensure the program is understood and easily accessible.
- Oversee funding assessments and the grant process.

**Competition Structure**:

- Support communication and delivery of HP competitive structure recommendations.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor’s in sport management, sport science, or related field.
- 5-7 years in sport/high-performance management with budget experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure with a flexible, team-oriented approach.

**Assets**:

- French proficiency, experience with software/databases, and knowledge or passion for tennis.
