Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data into our computerized systems and databases. This is a clerical role that requires strong administrative and organizational skills.

**Duties**:

- Enter data into computerized systems and databases
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure integrity
- Update and maintain electronic files and records
- Retrieve and compile data from various sources
- Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

- College Degree or equivalent (Engineering is an advantage)
- Relevant Experience in the Construction Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative role preferred
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Familiarity with data entry systems and databases is a plus

**Salary**: $30.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
