**Manager Operations (Evening shift) Full-Time**

$52,000 - $58,000 based on 37.5 hours per week (approximately $26.67-$29.75 per hour). The salary will be based on experience in Food industry in management and the restaurant size that you will be in charge of..

Available shift could be: 8 pm - 3:30 am, 9 pm - 4:30 am, 10 pm - 5:30 am or 11 pm-6:30am

(Must be available one weekend either Saturday OR Sunday night)

**The Job**
- Leads, monitors, and supervises restaurant operations to achieve goals that contribute to the business and people growth.
- Grow sustainable restaurant sales and guest counts and profitably to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify restaurant capacity constraints, guest count and sales growth opportunities and be able to develop and execute an operationally sound mitigation and growth plan.
- Ensure all restaurants meet and exceed McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness and including Food Safety standards.
- Ensure management and crew at all levels are being developed and that individual performance plans
- Engage the local community to further develop community support initiatives where possible.

**Compensation**
- $50,000-$55,000 per year based on related experience

Supervisors will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.
- Current or previous experience in a Supervisory Position in a quick service environment
- Demonstrated a consistent record of achieving and exceeding operations standards.
- Demonstration of People first approach to achieve results.
