As a BDR at Axya, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by executing effective cold call prospecting campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads within the target market. By engaging in conversations with potential customers, you will create interest in our procurement solutions, schedule meetings for the sales team, and help build a robust sales pipeline.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our procurement solutions and understand their needs.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers to ensure the sales team focuses on the right opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on prospecting strategies and target accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed weekly/monthly quotas for qualified meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our product offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers.
- Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights.
**What we are looking for**
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product value proposition clearly.
- Strong phone presence and confidence in making cold calls.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot) and sales automation tools.
- Knowledge of procurement processes or experience working with manufacturing companies is a plus.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- English and French, written and spoken, are mandatory

En tant que BDR chez Axya, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de notre équipe de vente en exécutant des campagnes de prospection à froid efficaces. Votre principale responsabilité sera d'identifier et de qualifier les prospects potentiels au sein du marché cible. En engageant des conversations avec des clients potentiels, vous susciterez l'intérêt pour nos solutions d'approvisionnement, planifierez des réunions pour l'équipe de vente et contribuerez à la construction d'un solide pipeline de ventes.
**Principales responsabilités**
- Effectuer des appels sortants à des clients potentiels pour leur présenter nos solutions d'approvisionnement et comprendre leurs besoins.
- Qualifier les prospects et identifier les décideurs afin de s'assurer que l'équipe de vente se concentre sur les bonnes opportunités.
