**Global HRBP for Emergency Lighting Business - CHRO**:

ABB Smart Buildings digitally transforms commercial, industrial and residential buildings for the highest comfort, efficiency, safety and security - enhancing quality of life in buildings of the future through safe, smart and sustainable electrification solutions, services and products. In this role you will be global responsibly for partnering with Business/Function leaders to provide consultation and support in the implementation of people strategies for the Emergency Lightning (EML) business within the Smart Buildings Division.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Management team and provide consultation to implement an HR Strategy, aligned with the Division and business strategy, represent the business in regards of HR topics & decisions.
- Coaching, motivating, and developing talent to build an effective, capable, and high performing team.
- Drive effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.
- Implementing strategy and plans related to best allocation of people resources, organization restructuring, optimal utilization and redeployment.
- Driving high performance in line with global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets.
- Representing HR in the wider business, establishing strong relationships with leaders by providing assistance and guidance in HR matters.
- Ensuring that people and organizational capabilities required in the medium to long term are clear and acted on.
- Coordinate and align with Regional/Local HR to ensure necessary HRBP resources and support required.
- Interpreting HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trends and is-sues, and utilizing findings to specify and carry the relevant actions.
- Providing leadership and guidance to ensure that the area of responsibility is appropriately organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
- Represent HR in Projects.

**Your background**:

- 10+ years of experience in HR Generalist roles including Business Partnering in engineering/manufacturing industrial context.
- Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at global level combining a strong customer service focus with capacity to constructively challenge, influence and persuade.
- Strategic orientation with business acumen to lead and drive organizational value creation through people strategies.
- Strong skills in data analytics for high quality data driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and change management skills including fluency in English - both written and verbal.
- High problem solving skills and solutions oriented approach.
- Global mindset, intercultural sensitivity and willingness to travel internationally.
