**Position Overview**:
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Document and report quality control findings and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to address quality issues.
- **Office Administration**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars for the management team.
- Assist with inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure efficient office procedures.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and administrative processes.
- Assist in training staff on quality control procedures and office protocols.
- **Customer Support**:
- Address inquiries from customers and suppliers regarding product quality and specifications.
- Provide support during audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or office administration, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
